It&#8217;s a genuine improvement on previous years, when Hvar to Vis without a Split detour was close to impossible on a fixed schedule. The trade-off: one line, a couple of sailings a day, peak season only, foot-passenger only. Jadrolinija&#8217;s slower conventional Split\u2013Vis ferry (around 2 hours 20 minutes) is a fallback, but it skips Bra\u010d entirely. A passenger link exists between Roga\u010d on \u0160olta and Milna on Bra\u010d, but it&#8217;s thin \u2014 roughly one sailing a day each direction, seasonal, not built for travellers on a schedule. Planning a whole day around one departure is fragile, so most people just route back through Split instead: a hop from Bra\u010d in, then straight back out to <a href=\"https:\/\/dalmatia-express.com\/fr\/taxi-boat\/split-to-solta\/\">\u0160olta<\/a> the same afternoon.
