Private Transfers with Boat Taxi

The most convenient and fastest way to get to the island is a private boat taxi. You don’t have to worry about buses on the island or which ferry to get on since taxis can get you as close to your accommodation as possible. Plus, it’s a great experience, getting splashed with the sea drops. Don’t waste your time on hours of ferry rides and start your Hvar journey as soon as possible!

Conclusion

Getting from Split to Hvar during the tourist season gives you many options which creates freedom to experience Dalmatia in your own way.

Ferries take the longest but are best for individuals staying in Stari Grad or if you want to experience traveling on a big boat and enjoying the views of Dalmatia.

Overall Rating - Good
 6.1/10

Catamarans give you a much shorter travel time especially if you heading to Hvar Town but the comfort and experience are lacking. Best for Individuals or Small Groups heading to Hvar Town.

Overall Rating - Not Bad
 5/10

Private Taxi Boats should be your go-to choice if traveling in a larger group, hiring a private taxi boat can help you save time (saving on average five hours), without sacrificing comfort or fun. It is a better option for larger groups because a private taxi costs the same no matter how many people travel.

Overall Rating - Very Good
 7.2/10
