Ferries
Jadrolinija offers ferry transfers to Korčula by connecting Split with island’s biggest town, Vela Luka. Ferries often delay the departure or don’t depart at all due to storms and wind combined with the length of the journey (around three hours).
Warning: Getting from Split Airport to Split Port during Summer Tourist Season can take anywhere from two to four hours and then you will have to buy a ticket, wait for the ship, and travel three hours to your destination. Total trip time to Vela Luka ends up being more than six hours long. If you want to cut this down to 55 minutes total travel time, contact us.

The most convenient and fastest way to get to the island is a private boat taxi. You don’t have to worry about buses on the island or which ferry to get on since taxies can get you as close to your accommodation as possible. Ferries are the best option when traveling with a car or a bigger amount of luggage. The ferry trips last the longest, but you can walk around, have a drink, and enjoy the view.
